🕒 Standard Support Hours

FerrumIT is committed to providing responsive and reliable service every day of the week. Our standard hours of operation are:

⏰ 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST), 7 days a week

During these hours, all clients can expect prompt responses and full access to our support resources across all primary channels.

🚨 24x7x365 Support for Contracted Clients

For clients under active support contracts requiring elevated service levels, FerrumIT offers round-the-clock support coverage, including:

  • 🕛 24 hours a day

  • 📆 7 days a week

  • 📅 365 days a year — including holidays

This ensures that critical issues are addressed immediately, even outside of our standard operating hours.

Note: If you are a contracted client and require 24x7x365 coverage, please ensure your support agreement is current and specifies this level of service. Contact your account manager if you're unsure of your contract status or would like to upgrade your support plan.
