ConnectWise host user group events every quarter to offer partners the opportunity to learn and collaborate through lively user group meetings. These user events are spread over nine regions and held every quarter, the team from Ferrum Technology Services attended the ConnectWise Central Mafia User Group Meeting, which this quarter was again held in Rosemont, IL.

ConnectWise host user group events every quarter to offer partners the opportunity to learn and collaborate through lively user group meetings. These user events are spread over nine regions and held every quarter, the team from Ferrum Technology Services attended the ConnectWise Central Mafia User Group Meeting, which this quarter was again held in Rosemont, IL.
The ConnectWise user group meetings are lead by knowledgeable facilitators that help guide group discussions about popular trends, issues and also identified and examined by the group of ConnectWise partners.
At this most recent user group meeting, the team from Ferrum Technology Services learned about 15 Core Values that make an IT relationship thrive with their clients, as well as best practices for procurement.
These regional user group meetings are in line with the ConnectWise mission of helping companies be the best they can be by listening to the challenges of their partners and providing solutions.
