ConnectWise host user group events every quarter to offer partners the opportunity to learn and collaborate through lively user group meetings. These user events are spread over nine regions and held every quarter, the team from Ferrum Technology Services attended the ConnectWise Central Mafia User Group Meeting, which this quarter was held in Rosemont, IL.
The ConnectWise user group meetings are lead by knowledgeable facilitators that help guide group discussions about popular trends, issues and also identified and examined by the group of ConnectWise partners.
At this most recent user group meeting, the team from Ferrum Technology Services learned about all things ConnectWise, as well as employee relations. This included, learning about the new CW updates, and ways to use CW to improve internal processes, like scheduling, dispatching tickets, and delegating projects. Other CW topics presented at the user group meeting were: “Introduction of Automation,” “HR Process,” and “Loaner Equipment.”
These regional user group meetings are in line with the ConnectWise mission of helping companies be the best they can be by listening to the challenges of their partners and providing solutions.
