12/17/2016 10:09 AM CST - Our engineering team has researched the underlying cause for your service disruption. In conjunction with our network partners, we have conducted a thorough review of our system and network which have determined your disruption was caused by a major internet fiber disruption between Chicago and Atlanta. On Tuesday, December 15th the internet disruption started at approximately 1:18pmET and resolved by approximately 2:20pmET. This had ripple effects to most of the eastern United States from Chicago to the East Coast which impacted many local internet service providers. During the internet service disruption, Digium Cloud Services network was online and processing calls for all customers whose internet connection was not impacted by this event.
