Support Portal - Maintenance Notification
Ferrum Technology Services will be performing maintenance on our support portal. This maintenance may affect access to our various client facing support tools - portal.ferrumit.com and support.mysupport247.net.
Maintenance Window: Tuesday, March 1st, 2016 8:30 PM - Tuesday, March 1st, 2016 9:30 PM CST
Although the maintenance window is an hour, if there is any disruption to service it should be no longer than a few minutes. Should anyone have any issues with the support portal after the maintenance period, please contact our technical team at 847-697-3282.
UPDATE: Tuesday, March 1st, 2016 8:58 PM CST - All services hvae been upgraded and are back in service.
